One Hundred Dollars
(vocals / keyboards)
He's quite good at music and knows how to write power ballads,
and One Hundred Dollars is ready and willing to lead The Dairy
Brothers to fame, or at least the next gig, providing his dad can
lend him the car.

Michael "Bam Bam" Bidstrup
(drums / station wagon)
Whether he be playing the drums or smoking poisonous cigarettes, Bam
Bam's value to the band is only seldom questioned. He is by far the best
drummer in the band. Once he saw a blimp. |
J-Wah
(guitar / vocals)
Why is J-Wah rock? Because he has long hair and several
black T-shirts - that's why. J-Wah's awe-inspiring guitar playing and the
fact that he has a car means that he will be a welcome member of the band
for weeks to come. |
|
Tom Rockchild
(bass keytar / vocals)
Tom has a car too. He also has a keytar from 1985
on which he lays down the basslines to The Dairy Brothers' good, good,
good music.

The Dairy Brothers are a four-piece band from Adelaide who know
how to rock. Formed in 2003, The Dairy Brothers have been blowing audiences
away with their high-energy live show, and their always quirky, often-hilarious
lyrical content. In the tradition of bands such as The Darkness, The
Presidents Of The USA and TISM, The Dairy Brothers take a light-hearted
approach to their music, their lyrics and themselves. On stage or on
CD, the band’s infectious energy and tongue-in-cheek attitude always
guarantees entertainment. The Dairy Brothers may not be ‘serious’ rock,
but they do rock. Seriously.
The Dairy Brothers have been called
many things over the years - The Fairy Brothers, The Daisy Brothers,
The Buttermilk Boys and The Diary Brothers are but to name a few. But
these names were mainly the fault of incompetent community radio announcers
and the flaws of predicted text messaging. But despite these labels,
the Daisy Brothers continue down the road less travelled - the road
of really 80's-sounding rock, which is arguably the best sounding rock. |
